Residence Inn

The story of this 7 story, 125 key Residence Inn by Marriott in Cary, NC starts with its site. Currently home to an aging, smaller hotel, Studio Z was challenged to use the site’s existing setbacks and access points to create a new, efficient design. Flexibility and creativity were paramount in the process as the design teams have worked to adapt the Residence Inn prototype to this site’s unusual conditions. The proposed hotel will adhere to the Marriott brand and will feature a large lobby and bar, carefully crafted guestrooms, and an expansive pool deck.
